The highlight? A scenic trek to Triund, a crown jewel nestled in the Dhauladhar range. As you hike through pine forests and ridgelines, nature slowly opens up into a breathtaking panorama of the Kangra Valley. At night, you camp under a sky so full of stars, it feels like a galaxy has come to visit.
From the mountains, the journey takes flight—literally. Head to Bir Billing, the Paragliding Capital of India, where adrenaline meets awe as you soar above the valleys and villages, heart pounding and spirit flying.

Itinerary
- Assemble at the pickup point (Kashmere Gate – Tentative) by 7 PM.
- Meet your trip captains for a short briefing about the tour.
- Depart for McLeod Ganj, a beautiful hill town known for its Tibetan culture and serene mountain views.
- Enjoy an overnight journey by AC Volvo or Traveler.
- Arrive in McLeod Ganj and check in to the hotel.
- Relax for a while after your journey.
- Head out for a guided local sightseeing tour covering:
- Namgyal Monastery
- Bhagsunag Waterfall
- Tibetan Market and nearby cafés to experience local Tibetan cuisine.
- Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in McLeod Ganj.
- Have breakfast at the hotel.
- Begin the scenic trek to Triund, located in the Dhauladhar range.
- Admire breathtaking views of the Kangra Valley, alpine forests, and lush meadows.
- Enjoy a packed lunch en route.
- Spend time at Triund Top or a nearby campsite (based on weather conditions).
- Relish dinner and stay overnight at the campsite under the stars.
- 🔔 Note: Campsite will be within 1 km of Triund Top. In case of heavy snowfall, accommodation will shift to a lower-altitude camp.
- Have an early breakfast and descend back to McLeod Ganj.
- Drive to Bir (approximately 3 hours).
- En route, stop at the Dharamshala Stadium for a quick visit.
- Check in to the hotel upon arrival in Bir.
- Head to Billing, the paragliding take-off point, for an optional paragliding session (weather permitting).
- Return to Bir after the activity.
- Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in Bir.
- 🔔 Note: If paragliding is not possible today, it will be scheduled for the next morning.
- Have breakfast and check out from the hotel.
- Explore the calm and scenic town of Bir.
- Enjoy café hopping and some local shopping.
- Visit a nearby monastery if time allows.
- In the evening, board your overnight bus or Tempo Traveller to Delhi.
- Arrive in Delhi early in the morning.
- Relive unforgettable memories of the trip, new friendships, and mountain vibes.

The distance is approximately 480 km and takes about 10–12 hours by road.
A private AC Volvo/Traveler is provided for all transfers and sightseeing.

The Triund trek is of easy to moderate difficulty, suitable for beginners with basic fitness.
