Overview
This 9-night/10-day budget Char Dham Yatra package starts from Delhi for a minimum group of 4 adults , using an Ertiga or Kia car with MAP meals and 2 rooms (tent at Kedarnath). Exclusions include lunch, Kedarnath meals, pony/palki/pithu, and off-route sights.
Day-wise Itinerary
Day 1: Delhi to Barkot
Drive approximately 330-370 km (7-9 hours) via Dehradun and Mussoorie to Barkot. Enjoy mountain views en route. Overnight stay in Barkot.
Day 2: Yamunotri Excursion, Barkot Stay
Drive to Janki Chatti (45 km), trek 6-7 km one way (or pony/palki at extra cost) to Yamunotri Temple. Bathe in Surya Kund, offer prayers. Return to Barkot for overnight stay.
Day 3: Barkot to Uttarkashi
Post-breakfast, drive 85 km (3 hours) to Uttarkashi via Maneri Dam. Visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple if time permits. Overnight stay in Uttarkashi.
Day 4: Gangotri Excursion, Uttarkashi Stay
Drive 100 km (4 hours) to Gangotri Temple via Harsil Valley. Perform darshan and holy dip in Bhagirathi River. Return to Uttarkashi for overnight stay.
Day 5: Uttarkashi to Guptkashi
Drive 180-200 km (7-8 hours) via Rudraprayag to Guptkashi. Pass Devprayag confluence. Overnight stay in Guptkashi.
Day 6: Guptkashi to Kedarnath
Drive to Gaurikund (35 km), trek 16 km (or pony/heli/palki extra) to Kedarnath Temple. Evening darshan. Overnight tent stay in Kedarnath.
Day 7: Kedarnath Darshan, Guptkashi Stay
Morning darshan at Kedarnath. Trek back to Gaurikund, drive to Guptkashi. Overnight stay in Guptkashi.
Day 8: Guptkashi to Badrinath
Drive 200-220 km (7-8 hours) via Pipalkoti and Joshimath to Badrinath. Evening temple darshan. Overnight stay in Badrinath.
Day 9: Badrinath to Srinagar
Morning holy dip at Tapt Kund, darshan. Drive 160 km (5-6 hours) via Rudraprayag to Srinagar. Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 10: Srinagar to Delhi
Drive back to Delhi (approx. 300 km, 9-10 hours) via Rishikesh. Tour ends.

FAQs
Yamunotri requires a 6-7 km one-way trek from Janki Chatti (pony/palki extra). Kedarnath involves a 16 km trek each way from Gaurikund (pony/heli/palki/pithu extra). Both are moderate but demanding at high altitude.
MAP meals include breakfast and dinner daily. Lunch, as well as all meals at Kedarnath, are excluded and must be arranged separately.
Barkot (Nights 1-2), Uttarkashi (Nights 3-4), Guptkashi (Nights 5 & 7), Kedarnath tent (Night 6), Badrinath (Night 8), Srinagar (Night 9).
